how to configure and download ebooks from ecommerce (Drupal Ubercart)

I've just got the most excellent Ubercart ecommerce system to work with Paypal for paying and then auto-downloading digital media in the form of an eBook.

I thought I would jot down the process, as a memory jogger for me and if it helps anybody out there in inter-web-cyber-highway-net-land then it's worth the wasted minutes of typing   ;)

So lets start with the basics, obviously replace http://www.computermedix.co.uk with your own website name... duh!

eCommerce using Drupal - ubercart is fantastic

Ubercart is a shopping cart and e-commerce suite built on top of the leading open source CMS, Drupal. Ubercart is totally integrated with Drupal's major core and contributed systems, providing you with a shopping cart on top of your normal community or company website.

Tagadelic for drupal

Those KEYWORD CLOUDS that you see on some websites are cool aren't they!?!

They're also very simple to use in Drupal... but as I discovered... not so simple to setup. Or at least to find out how to setup anyway.

So, for my failing memory and for anyone else out there that this may assist - here are some simple instructions to setup TAGADELIC CLOUDS.

To setup tagadelic nodeword cloud for drupal websites add these 3 modules

Go and download the modules and FTP them into ../sites/all/modules on your website...

I'm using Drupal V5.2 by the way. When it all works it will look a bit like this:

So, I just love the Drupal content management system. I also love the fact that it I can add articles, news, blogs, vlogs or even forum posts and earn some Google pennies by displaying relevant google adverts. You can add Google Adsense to the CMS simply by creating a block and cut/pasting your adsense <form> into the block but this is a rather clumsy solution and quite fiddly to implement.
